Our family arrived in New Zealand in January 2011 with the intention of making this magnificent country our permanent home. Completely by chance we had an opportunity to test the Quickleen cleaning product range with a view to taking on its distribution in New Zealand. After our first efforts to 'test' the product, my husband and I were excited by the results and by its 'green' profile. We both felt it was 'high time' that there was a 'gentle' alternative that delivered real results and we are now on a crusade to bring it to New Zealand.

In July 2015 we started legal action against OPM Quickleen and Richard Matusik for what we allege to be false and misleading information provided to us in the Information Memorandum used to buy the distributorship. The case was finally heard in August 2018 after Matusik had delayed several previous scheduled hearings.  The full details can be found at the final entry on:

In summary, OPM Quickleen and Richard Matusik were guilty of deliberately providing false and misleading information regarding the sales achieved by Quickleen distributors and ordered to repay us in full for original purchase of the license and stock ($389400) and to pay $225000 for our legal costs.  As at December 2018 these payments had not been received and we have initiated bankruptcy proceedings against OPM Quickleen.

We strongly advise anyone seeking to become involved with either party to seek legal advice. We now have a long list of people who are willing to share with you their far from satisfactory business experiences with Matusik.  He is being sued by two other distributers through the Federal Court in Sydney for Unconscionable Conduct and Misleading or Deceptive Conduct.  He is completely dishonest and anything he says should be treated as a lie unless independently verified by an unbiased third party.

We are here to help and welcome any contact from potential new and existing distributors to freely exchange information & ideas. Please feel free to contact us on +64 21 910 992, we look forward to being of service.
